The hotel's holiday decorations were absolutely lovely. The lobby and general areas were adorned with festive charm, making it feel like a cozy winter wonderland. , the hotel's accessibility for senior people was excellent, with spacious and well-lit corridors and easy-to-use elevators, allowing for a comfortable and safe stay.

I would ask for a better vacation for senior people if the children working there could provide more assistance with luggage.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of midtown, surrounded by shops and restaurants, making everything easily accessible. The staff were attentive and friendly, from the front desk to the bar tenders to the people who clean your rooms. They all went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. The amenities were great, especially the free Wi-Fi and the in-room air conditioning, making my stay both comfortable and convenient.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience.

Central location near to subway, Midtown, it was in a very very nice area. Furthermore, the hotel was within walking distance of Midtown East. Our stay was a fine experience.

We'd booked a king size room a long time ago, day we arrived it was taken. They did refund the difference, that's it. No sales pitch.

The shower in room 2713 is not working properly, it is absolutely necessary to repair it.

The hotel is in a great location, right on Times Square, near Grand Central Station, and in a great area close enough to Times Square but away from the craziness. There are plenty of recommended restaurants nearby. The rooms are clean and comfortable, some even have dual bathrooms. The staff is professional and friendly, providing excellent service. The breakfast is delicious with a variety of choices. The lobby bar is lively and well run by attentive bartenders.

The elevators can have long wait times.

The hotel is in a convenient location close to all the subways, and in kind of a cove with another door. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities was impressive, and the staff was very helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at The Lexington! The location was incredible - within walking distance of major attractions and the subway. The hotel felt safe and the staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the complimentary vouchers for the bar, breakfast, laundry, and citi bikes. The room was spacious with a TV connected to Netflix and YouTube. And those pillows - the comfiest ever! A definite recommendation!

From the moment I checked in, I felt safe and well taken care of. the room was immaculately clean and the ambiance of the hotel was energizing. the central location was a huge plus, with a great market just across the street. the gym was excellent and well-equipped, and the doorman Derrick went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

I chose this hotel for a seminar due to its convenient location on the East Side of Midtown Manhattan and its meeting rooms and conference spaces, which provided 528 square feet of flexible space. The proximity to landmarks like Grand Central Terminal and Rockefeller Center was a bonus for exploring the city after work.

The one service I missed for my work was a more extensive business center with access to a wider range of office equipment and support services.
